Building independence
Development of life skills

Life skills support is about learning and practising the things that help you live more independently. It might include cooking, budgeting, shopping, using public transport, keeping a routine, or building confidence with everyday tasks.
We focus on what matters to you. Support can be hands-on, step-by-step, or a chance to practise a skill with someone nearby.
