Participation and connection
Community, social and civic participation

Community participation support is practical help to get out, join in and stay connected. It might mean support to attend a local group, visit a library or park, take part in a community event, or build confidence in social settings.
Support is shaped around your goals and the way you want to take part. We work alongside you and your family or supporters, at a pace that feels comfortable.
