About us

Support that starts with listening.

Unified Steps is a Western Sydney disability support provider built around a simple idea: support should fit the person, not the other way around.

Our approach

Practical support, built around you.

We work alongside children, adults and families to build confidence, develop everyday skills and stay connected to community life.

Our team provides one-to-one disability support in participants' homes and communities across Western Sydney. We focus on the practical things that make everyday life work: personal routines, community participation, life skills, household tasks and getting where you need to go.

We believe good support is consistent, respectful and clear. We take time to understand your routines and preferences, and we communicate honestly about what we can and cannot provide.

We do not publish claims about the number of people we support, our years of experience, or outcomes we cannot verify. What we can offer is a person-centred approach and a commitment to clear communication.

Our motto

United in purpose, supporting every step.

What guides us

The values behind the support.

These are the principles we use to guide our work. They are not badges or certifications — they describe how we aim to show up.

Respect

We listen first, honour your choices and support you in the way that feels right for you.

Integrity

We are clear about what we can offer, how funding works and what you can expect from us.

Trust

Consistency, honest communication and reliable support are at the centre of our work.

Inclusion

We support people to take part in their community and build the connections that matter to them.

What we do

Focused support, clearly explained.

Registration status

Unified Steps is currently an unregistered NDIS provider and is progressing through the NDIS registration process. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants. We cannot accept NDIA-managed funding. SIL availability depends on our registration application and the NDIS Commission's transitional arrangements.

A particular focus on children.

We work alongside families and existing supports. We are not a clinical or therapy provider, and we do not replace the therapists or health professionals in a child's life.
